Yeah it's cheap but you get what you pay for! Our sectional broke down in less than a year! It's crap and don't think they will take it back because they won't!!!!

When I went to ask a sales associate for help after waiting for almost 20 minutes without being approached by someone, the sales woman literally ignored me and went to an older couple to help them. My wife is a regular customer and i have even featured some of your furniture on my youtube channel, however i felt like this was one of the cases where a salesperson passed me up for what would seem like a bigger commission sale. This goes against your normal customer service standards I have come to enjoy and love. The gentleman who helped ended up helping me acted above standards and was more than willing to take the 3 minutes to make a sale. Overall the 1 star rating reflects the saleswoman who chose not to help me and not the store or business as a whole, but if it happens again it would definitely change my outlook on this store and how its culture reflects your companies standards.

The salesman was the friendliest, however the delivery guys were very kind and helpful. The quality of the product I have not been impressed with. I have already seen a few of the seams coming loose(not sewen too well) and the couches don’t get used a lot.
